In December 1994 - via grants and donations - we were enabled to receive our research vessel, the Nimo. She is a 31 foot Mitchell with GRP hull powered by a 135 bhp Perkins Sabre inboard engine and has proven invaluable in researching the wildlife in the Bay and monitoring human activities which might threaten it.
